Welcome to REBAX. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be considered for subscriptions, services, and purchases made on the REBAX platform.

By using REBAX and purchasing any of our services, you agree to the terms of this Refund Policy.

1. Nature of Services

REBAX is a digital SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) platform providing access to tools, features, and services for real estate agents, agencies, and builders.

All services offered are:

  • Intangible
  • Subscription-based
  • Delivered digitally

2. No Refund Policy

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all payments made on REBAX are non-refundable.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Subscription fees (monthly or yearly)
  • Add-on services (user licenses, upgrades)
  • Push notification credits

Once a service is activated or credits are allocated, the payment cannot be reversed.

3. Free Trial & Introductory Offers

REBAX may provide:

  • Free trial periods
  • Promotional or introductory offers

Users are encouraged to evaluate the platform during this period before making any payment.

No refunds will be provided after the trial period ends and a paid plan is activated.

4. Subscription Cancellation

Users may cancel their subscription at any time.

However:

  • Cancellation will only prevent future billing
  • No partial or pro-rata refunds will be issued for the remaining subscription period
  • Access to paid features will continue until the end of the billing cycle

5. Push Notification Credits & Add-ons

  • Credits once purchased are non-refundable and non-transferable
  • Unused credits will remain in the user account subject to validity terms (if applicable)
  • Credits cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded

6. Exceptional Cases

Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate payment due to technical error
  • Incorrect amount charged due to system malfunction
  • Payment made but service not activated due to a verified technical issue

All such requests must be:

  • Raised within 7 days of the transaction
  • Supported with valid proof of payment

REBAX reserves the sole discretion to approve or reject such requests.

7. Processing of Approved Refunds

If a refund is approved:

  • It will be processed within 7–14 business days
  • Refund will be issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider

8. Third-Party Platforms

If payments are made through third-party platforms (e.g., app stores or payment gateways), refunds may also be subject to their respective policies.

REBAX is not responsible for delays or decisions made by third-party payment providers.

9. Changes to This Policy

REBAX reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.

Users are advised to review this page periodically.
